The restored Pullman passenger railcar Dover Harbor, built in 1923, passes over Four Mile Run bridge in Alexandria, VA with a Washington, D.C. Chapter NRHS (National Railway Historical Society) observer on the back of the car.

This photo artwork earned SECOND PLACE in the FAA Contest - PULLMAN PORTERS Mind Your Ps and Qs - for the Negro History Group on 15 December 2014!
